DIgSILENT Pacific is a power systems engineering consultancy offering services in the areas of power system modelling, simulation and analysis in support of impact studies, network operation, optimisation and planning studies. DIgSILENT Pacific is a member of the DIgSILENT international group of companies, and therefore shares in the international pool of expertise, particularly in the areas of advanced power system modelling and analysis. The DIgSILENT group has a number of world-class specialists in various areas of power system analysis.

These modelling and analysis techniques are used in many different applications such as studies investigating distributed generator grid connection compliance, series compensated transmission lines, voltage stability and control, protection requirements for dynamic stability as well as planning and network augmentation studies.

Over the years, DIgSILENT Pacific established a track record and reputation for our ability to solve complex power system challenges. Our business has grown in scope of the services we are able to offer. Though we remain focussed on power system modelling and analysis, our skills in this area is diverse offering expert services to a range of sectors including utilities, industry and mining clients.

We are pleased to be involved in the areas of future growth such as renewable energy technologies and smart grid applications where our power software tools provide us with a competitive advantage. We also offer advisory services relating to economic transmission and distribution investment, power system and market operations, and new generation connections.
